What is NucAN?
NucAN - beginning January 2005 - is a Project within the thematic priority of Nanobiotechnologies of the 6th Framework Programme of the European Commission.

NucAN unites 10 academic and industrial researchers from ... countries for a period of ... years to achieve its main objective of developing a nanometer scale toolbox to create ”smart materials” based on the use of natural and artificial nucleic acids on an industrial scale.
